Jessica, for instance, discovered the program after serving in the military for nine years. Many iReturn participants are women like Gabriella who took time to raise families or care for aging relatives however, the program is open to anyone who has spent time away from the workforce. Qualified applicants have a minimum of a two-year career break and join a cohort of employees for a returnship that focuses on providing a seamless transition back into the workforce.
